Made-to-Order Policy

Most products in the shop are built after you order them, rather than held ready-made in stock. This page explains what that means for you.

Production Lead Times

Each product page shows an estimated production lead time. This is the time Rick expects to need to build your piece before it's ready to ship or collect. It does not include transit time.

Natural Variation

Timber is a natural material. Grain, colour and character will vary from piece to piece, and may differ from the product photos. This variation is expected, not a fault.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Rick's policy on changing or cancelling a made-to-order item once production has started will be confirmed here.
